Delivery and payment

The delivery cost of oversized goods is charged for each product separately, which can be different in each case. All oversized products are provided with specific marking. If the text “oversized” appears next to the price of the part, then it means that the given product: Cannot be placed in a standard box and/or is too heavy.

Normally, the time of delivery is 2-4 business days. You can get further information about the expected time of delivery after clicking on the “Delivery information” for each product in the order sheet, and you can track your order at our forwarding partner.

From 4,99 €, if the value of the ordered product is below 100 €. The delivery is free of charge if the value of the ordered product is above 100 €.

If the consumer requests the "Secure Order" option and buys it as an additional purchase, the general statutory withdrawal period of 45 days is extended to 365 days for that order. In case of a secure order 2,99 {{PENENTIAL}}/ order for a flat fee, the Seller warrants that he will take back the goods within 365 days without giving any reason to the Buyer. The process for returning a "Secure Order" is the same as the normal return process.
