Returning of products

• Consumers have 45 days to withdraw from a normal order and start the return process.
• For secure orders, the withdrawal and return mechanism must be initiated within 365 days.
• In the case of guaranteed products, you have 2 years from the date of receipt to request a return.

• The customer may return the product in an appropriate, preferably in the original packaging.
• The package can be handed over to a forwarding agent selected by yourself for returning, or you can utilize one of the parcel delivery service providers available at our disposal.
• The returning mechanism takes place as follows, if the customer chooses a delivery service provider working with us:
  1. Click on the point “Product returning and payback” at the bottom of the page
  2. Enter the CIP code in the shown field
     • where you ordered the package to be delivered
     • Enter the order number of your package
  3. In your account select the product to be returned. Select the mode of returning the package to us.
  4. Check the accurate location where the package will be taken over (by default, the delivery address will be entered here).
  5. If you selected our parcel delivery service, then then you have to pay the cost of transporting the package.
  6. For the payment we guide you to the payment portal you selected, where you can pay be indicated sum.

• The product must contain all the items in the original package.
• The product must not be damaged.
• The product must not be installed.
• The secure ordering option is valid for only one return per order.

Once we receive the part from you, we will inspect it thoroughly. If the car part meets the above conditions, we will replace it with a new part or refund your money, whichever you choose. The secure order conditions do not apply to oversized items or old replacement parts. In addition, the Secure Order Terms do not apply to other products in your order for which this option has not been activated.
