1. Seller Information

(hereinafter referred to as the “Seller” or “Company”)
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “GTC”) govern the contractual terms for all purchases made by consumers (as defined by the Hungarian Civil Code, a natural person acting outside their trade or profession, hereinafter referred to as the “Consumer”) via the Seller’s webshop at https://autoaz.at
Contracts of sale are concluded based on the orders placed by the Consumer via the webshop.
Sales contracts under these GTC are fulfilled by the Company through in-person delivery to the Consumer at one of the branches indicated in the webshop at the time of purchase, against payment of the purchase price listed in the webshop.
2. Use of the Webshop
Full use of the webshop requires consumer registration. After registering, the consumer can access the webshop using their login credentials. The data provided by the consumer will be processed by the Company in accordance with its data management policy and privacy statement. Consumers can review their data before submitting it and may request modification or deletion of their data through the webshop interface at any time. Browsing the database does not require registration.
The Company can only accept orders if the form fields are fully and accurately completed, the customer is registered, and the order is submitted. The Company is not liable for damages resulting from failure to do so or for technical issues arising during the process, particularly those related to the internet connection.
2.1 Registration Steps:
You can start your registration at {{REGISTRACIOS_URL}}.
First, enter your basic personal information. You may also register your vehicle at this stage. If you choose not to, you can complete your registration by clicking the “Register” button. A confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided. Click the “Confirm Registration” button in the email.
2.2 Shopping Process:
Log in with your credentials.
Choose the product you wish to order and click “Add to Cart.”
A pop-up will appear where you can enter the desired quantity. Click “Add to Cart” again.
A sidebar will show your current cart contents.
To continue shopping, click “Continue Shopping.”
To proceed to checkout, click “Go to Cart.”
In the cart, you can:
Review items and quantities
Apply discounts
Select or modify the delivery method
Click “Proceed to Order”, enter your billing and contact details, and click “Next.”
After reviewing all data, click “Place Order.”
You will receive an order confirmation via email. You can continue browsing by clicking “Return to Webshop.”
Inventory status is displayed next to each product. If the item turns out to be unavailable, the Company will contact you via email. The order can be modified, or the amount paid will be refunded.
2.3 Order Confirmation & Cancellation:
After placing your order, a confirmation email will be sent.
If the consumer does not receive it within 48 hours, they are no longer bound by the offer or the contract.
Orders and confirmations are considered received when they are available to the recipient.
Note: The Company is not liable if confirmation fails due to incorrect email addresses or full inboxes.
2.4 Correction of Input Errors:
Consumers can go back during the order process to correct data at any time.
You can view and change the cart contents during checkout by adjusting quantities or clicking “Remove.”
2.5 Delivery Time:
Click on “Delivery Information” during checkout to view estimated delivery times per product.
2.6 Delivery Charges and Terms:
For delivery costs, click on “Delivery”. Delivery charges are also shown after selecting a delivery method during the checkout process.
2.7 Delivery Process:
The Seller uses couriers, parcel services, and freight companies.
If the goods arrive damaged, the buyer must report this to the delivery agent and fill out a damage report immediately.
The damage (type and extent) must be documented in writing.
The buyer has the right to refuse acceptance of damaged goods.
2.8 “Safe Order” Option
If the Consumer chooses the “Safe Order” extra service for a flat fee 2,99, the standard 45-day withdrawal period is extended to 365 days for the relevant order.
Return and refund policy for “Safe Order”:
Product must be in original packaging
Must include all items
Must be undamaged
Must not be installed
Valid for one return per product
Once returned, the product is inspected. If it meets the above conditions, we will replace it or refund the full amount, as per your preference.
Note: Oversized or used parts are excluded from the “Safe Order” option. The option does not apply to other items in the order that do not have this feature.
3. Prices and Payment Methods
3.1 Payment options:

Online payment by credit card
Payments are processed via Barion:
Example: “Online credit card payments are processed via Barion. Card data is not shared with the merchant. Barion Payment Zrt. is regulated by the Hungarian National Bank, license number H-EN-I-1064/2013.”
Note: Cash on delivery and bank transfers are not available.
3.2 Prices:
All prices listed in the webshop are gross prices in HUF and include packaging.
The Company reserves the right to change prices and cancel promotions without prior notice.
We would like to inform our valued customers that in the event of a problem, refunds via PayPal are credited back to your account immediately, whereas refunds for payments made through Stripe may take 7 to 10 days to appear in your account.
4. Right of Withdrawal & Warranty
4.1 Legal Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period starts from the day the consumer (or a third party designated by them) receives the goods.
Notification must be made via clear written statement (email or letter). Timely dispatch suffices.
Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
Refunds are made using the same payment method within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
4.1.2 The general withdrawal period is extended to 45 days.
4.1.3 Withdrawal is possible even before receipt of goods.
4.1.4 In case of defects, applicable legal provisions apply.
4.1.5 All customers may withdraw within 45 days of delivery.
If the "Safe Order" option is selected, the withdrawal period is 365 days.
Return costs are always the consumer’s responsibility, unless a warranty return is involved, in which case the seller bears the cost.
4.2 Warranty Details
“Safe Order” – Extended Return Period
With the optional flat-rate Safe Order, the return period is extended to 365 days.

Original packaging
Complete item
Unused and undamaged
One return per product
Not valid for oversized or used parts
4.2.1 Legal provisions apply unless stated otherwise.
4.2.2 Warranty period:
2 years for new goods
1 year for used goods
4.2.3 In case of defects, you may choose between repair or replacement. If this is disproportionately costly, only the alternative remedy is available.
4.2.4 Excludes gross negligence or intent. Warranty for new goods expires after 1 year from delivery.
4.2.5 Exclusions:
- Natural wear and tear
- Improper use
- Incorrect installation (especially if clearly incompatible)
- Ignoring usage instructions
- Improper repair or treatment
- Sub-component defects
- Missing, dirty, or marked labels
- Unidentifiable items
- Returned item does not match the shipped one
5. Guarantee and Warranty
Hungarian warranty law applies.
If a product is defective, the consumer may request repair or replacement.
If these remedies are not possible, a price reduction or contract cancellation is allowed.
Warranty: 2 years (new), 1 year (used) from receipt
No warranty for: misuse, installation errors, wear, or failure to follow instructions
Manufacturer warranties may apply if noted per product
6. Governing Law
All legal relations between the Seller and the Consumer are governed exclusively by Hungarian law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
7. Final Provisions
If any provision of these GTC is invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining clauses.
