Right of withdrawal/cancellation
Pursuant to the provisions of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council and Government Decree 45/2014 (26.II.26.) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses, the Consumer may withdraw from or terminate the contract without giving any reason within 45 days of receipt of the ordered product (withdrawal and termination are hereinafter referred to collectively as withdrawal), return the ordered product.
All our customers have 45 days from the date of delivery to withdraw from the purchase. In the case of a secure order, you have 365 days to exercise your right of withdrawal.
In all cases, the return postage of the parcel is at the expense of the consumer, both for standard and oversized parcels. The cost of returning products under guarantee within the guarantee period is borne by the seller.
The consumer may also exercise his right of withdrawal between the date of conclusion of the contract and the date of receipt of the product.
In the event of defective performance, the legal provisions in force in the country concerned shall apply.
The cost of returning the product shall be borne by the Consumer, and the company shall not be liable for this cost.
Warranty
In all cases, the guarantee period shall begin on delivery of the product to the consumer. The warranty periods for the products listed in Annex 1 of Government Decree 151/2003 (IX.22.) are as follows:
The Seller shall not be liable for any defects for which the Buyer is responsible, the cause(s) of which are the following:
- In case of natural wear and tear
- In the event of defects caused by natural causes
- Normal wear and tear due to natural wear and tear
- Unfair or improper use
- Faulty assembly, in particular if the ordered part is obviously unsuitable
- Failure to observe the instructions for use
- Incorrect handling or repair
- In case of defective parts
- The label on the packaging must not be missing, must not be soiled and must not contain any additional markings or inscriptions.
- The product cannot be accurately identified
- If the product returned does not match the one sent.

How does the warranty work?
- For up to 1 year after receipt of your order, you can indicate your wish to return the product by using the Returns section.
- The product must be packed back, accompanied by an invoice and warranty card, and prepared for return.
- The cost of returning the product is borne by the seller. Once the details and date have been specified, a courier service will be sent to collect the parcel and return it to the logistics centre.
- When the part is returned, the investigation begins.
- The request takes 2-3 weeks to process.
- After the results of the investigation, we will contact the customer:
- If the result indicates that the warranty is valid, we will send the replacement part to the customer. Or you can opt for a refund.
- If the inspection shows that the warranty is not valid, there will be no replacement or refund. The tested product will be returned upon request - AutoAz will pay the return shipping cost. If you do not request the product back, we will destroy it.
- The warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of receipt of the product.
- In the case of a Warranty & Guarantee claim, the cost of returning the old part is paid by the seller.
- If a used part of another category is returned, the warranty is not valid.
- In the case of combined damage, damage to other parts may also be covered.
