Delivery and payment

The delivery cost of oversized goods is charged for each product separately, which can be different in each case. All oversized products are provided with specific marking. If the text “oversized” appears next to the price of the part, then it means that the given product: Cannot be placed in a standard box and/or is too heavy.

Normally, the time of delivery is 3-4 business days. You can get further information about the expected time of delivery after clicking on the “Delivery information” for each product in the order sheet, and you can track your order at our forwarding partner.

4,99 €, if the value of the ordered product is below 20 €. The delivery is free of charge if the value of the ordered product is above 20 €

The customer may get further information about the cost of delivery by clicking on the button “Delivery”. In addition to that, we inform the customer about the costs of delivery when the “Mode of delivery” is selected during the ordering process of the product.

If the Consumer selects and buys the option “Secure ordering” during ordering process, then the generally available period for cancelling the order, which is 14 days according to the law, will be extended to 365 days. In case of secure ordering the Seller undertakes to take back the goods without demanding explanation within 365 days against the payment of 2,99 € lump sum. The return process in case of “Secure ordering” is the same as the normal return process.

The prices shown next to the products to be sold in the Webshop are gross prices. The prices include the packing necessary for the delivery. The Company retains the right of changing the prices, and the right of terminating the announced promotions without giving information about that.

At the website it is not possible to pay with remittance and cash on delivery. Only bank card online payment is possible.
